We meet heroes everyday, great and small, and often in the most unexpected situations.

Somehow we started to do small talk, then it was clear that you were listening to me and I felt I could open up to a stranger the way I couldn't to a friend. You showed understanding and humanity when it seemed the rest of the world didn't care. That conversation helped me to think about things I hadn't been able to put into words until then. Thank you for listening to me and giving me your time. It helped immensely and I've made changes to my life and am beginning to feel much happier.
