Having missed overnight cross country bus by seconds in Udaipur, whilst travelling in northern India, I hailed a passing motorist. Without understanding a word I'd said he gathered that the old Hollywood cliche of "follow that car" was the order of the day and caught me up to the bus and spoke to the driver for me and i showed him my ticket and made my bus! For that kind gesture to a complete stranger I will be always thankful. Thank you!
